Millenia Studio completed its first playable MVP in a focused ~3-day build sprint (September 10–12, 2026). This is a real, working proof-of-concept, not a mockup — built and tested with a hands-on, honest engineering process throughout, on no external funding.
It's built fast, deliberately: proving the hardest, most uncertain part of the technical thesis first, before anything else. Inside it — a small simulated world of 24 agents running on real rule-based logic, producing genuine emergent behavior (unrest, migration, shifting conditions) with nothing scripted or predetermined; a playable version where you choose a starting path (Politician, Business Owner, or Organized Crime Leader), each with meaningfully different starting circumstances; a live, real AI-reasoning feature — a genuine AI model responding to your actual in-game situation, running entirely on free infrastructure; a visible, reactive world, where every person in the simulation updates in real time, not just your own stats; and a working proof that the same engine can present as either a consumer game or an institutional/policy-style scenario, relevant to the studio's platform-licensing plans.
What this isn't, stated plainly: there's no multiplayer yet — every session so far has been solo. No nations, diplomacy, elections, or war systems. No blockchain/ledger component. This is not "the game" — it's the foundational proof the game is being built on top of.
This build supersedes the earlier
Millenia: World Zero prototype ↓, which was UI/UX validation, not a working simulation. This MVP is the real thing running underneath it.
